About Seth
Seth first developed his interest in real estate through his family, who for several generations has worked in both the commercial and residential industries. After coming through Charleston for a second time with the Navy, Seth and his wife decided the LowCountry was going to become their permanent home. For those looking to relocate to Charleston, Seth has moved here twice and he is the perfect agent for you. Seth has bought two houses sight unseen while in the Navy, and he knows the stress associated with moving to a new place. He is here to help through every step of the way.
Seth and his wife have always seen the value of real estate and began investing as soon as they could. It began with Seth driving around downtown learning the area and identifying potential fix-and-flips or buy-and-hold properties.
For experienced and novice investors alike he will be ready to show you properties, to include items off market, and discuss portfolio strategies. For the new investor, Seth will be with you from the search, to return rate calculations, to entity creation, closing and more. Outside of real estate Seth enjoys water sports, fishing around Charleston, and continuing to lead and mentor sailors in the Navy Reserves.
